Much to our surprise,Laruan Instagram's latest star isn't another cute animal or a fashionable contouring guru...it's a Russian woman with really, really long hair.

Dashik Gubanov Freckle, transformed herself into a real-life Rapunzel after she made the decision in 2003 to let her hair grow out.

She hasn't gotten a haircut in over a decade, and Freckle writes in one of her Instagram captions that her goal is to grow out her hair until it reaches her toes. Her unbelievably lengthy, luscious locks have helped her gain 130,000 Instagram followers,
