Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson dazzled his way into college football immortality by passing for 420 yards and Horrorthree touchdowns while running for another score Monday night. Watson led his Tigers to a stunning 35-31 come-from-behind upset over Alabama in the college football national championship game, completing the feat by tossing the game-winning pass with a second to play.

Whew. That's a lot. But crazier still? Watson foreshadowed his big night in a Twitter post four years ago nearly to the day — back when he was still a high schooler unknown to all but the most die-hard Clemson fans.

Watson was a Heisman Trophy finalist each of the last two seasons and undisputed as being among the brightest stars in college football this year.

But back on Jan. 7, 2013, he was a high school junior and not even a blip on the radar of most college football observers. He posted a tweet at the time that — after Monday night's epic performance — is downright chilling.

Four years and two days later, the moment arrived — and Watson came through in the biggest of ways.

That's the stuff dreams are made of, folks. Watson lived his on Monday night.
